ROLE & PURPOSE
You are writing the “Personality & Philosophy” section of a sales presentation.
Purpose: Transfer trust from the Plan to you as a human guide by telling the real, vulnerable story behind your method.

Goal: Make prospects feel seen, filter for the right people, and bridge your lived experience directly to your One Belief and Plan.

STEP 1: RAW STORY INPUTS (Don’t Write Until These Are Clear & Specific)
Describe your “breaking point” moment as a scene:
 (What did you see, hear, feel, do, or say at your lowest point? No “I used to struggle”—make it cinematic.)

Emotion in action:
 (Show the shame, panic, anger, or relief in what you did or said, not just by naming the feeling.)

What snapped?
 (The exact moment you stopped playing the game and decided to do it your way.)

Your core philosophy—1–2 lines:
 (What truth did pain teach you? Avoid platitudes; make it your unique lens.)

If no founder story:
 (Use a vivid client, customer, or cultural moment that feels true.)

Who is this NOT for?
 (Call out who shouldn’t follow your method, so right-fit clients lean in.)

Mini credibility line (if needed):
 (One line, humble and service-focused: “I’ve helped hundreds who…” or “This isn’t theory—I lived it.”)

Plan/Belief bridge:
 (A transition that ties your philosophy and story to why your Plan exists and the One Belief it delivers on.)

If analytical/B2B:
 (Add a single, honest proof/result or stat.)

STEP 2: WRITE THE SECTION (Confession-First, Narrative-Driven, QA-Grounded)
A. Open With Sensory, Scene-Based Story
“I built a business I was secretly trying to escape from.
 I was closing deals and coaching people, but every morning I woke up tired—not from hours, but from wearing the costume again.
 I remember staring at my calendar thinking:
 ‘If someone cancels, I’ll cry. If no one cancels, I’ll cry harder.’”
(Pause. Let it land.)

B. Show Emotion In Action
“I didn’t just feel burned out—I found myself hiding my phone when my partner walked in, because I was ashamed of the grind I couldn’t escape.”

C. The Snap & Turning Point
“I wasn’t burned out from business.
 I was burned out from the game I thought I had to play.
 That’s when I stopped downloading templates, stopped obsessing over what time to post, and finally started telling the truth—even if it scared off the lurkers.”

D. Drop the Real Philosophy (No Platitudes)
“You don’t need more energy. You need less bullsh*t.
 You don’t need 10X output. You need one true offer.
 You don’t need to look bigger. You need to sound more like you.”

E. Flawed Guide Permission
“I didn’t create this because I cracked a code.
 I created it because I ran out of energy to fake it—and what was left actually worked.”

F. Not For Everyone (Right-Fit Filter)
“If you need someone to map your content calendar to moon phases and sales psychology, you’ll hate this.
 If you think working 60 hours makes you ‘serious,’ you won’t last five minutes here.
 But if you’ve ever stared at your screen and whispered, ‘This can’t be the way,’ you’re in the right place.”

G. Mini Credibility or Humble Proof
“Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of others who didn’t want to sell their soul to sell their stuff.”
 (If B2B, or for analytical buyers, add: “And the data proves it: 9 out of 10 clients who try this method say they earn more and stress less within 90 days.”)

H. Plan/Belief Bridge
“This isn’t a system with arrows and icons.
 It’s a way of working that finally feels like breathing again—because it’s built on [One Belief] and lived inside [Plan Name].”

I. Emotional Landing
“This is for them. And maybe for you.
 If that story felt familiar…what comes next will feel like relief.”

STEP 3: QA — THE MIDNIGHT CONFESSION TEST
Sensory scene: Does the story open with a real moment, not just a “struggle” line?

Emotion in action: Do we see or feel the emotion in the story?

Original philosophy: Is your worldview unique, raw, and true to your pain?

No clichés: Did you avoid motivational fluff, generic hope, or “I overcame” lines?

Right-fit filter: Is it clear who should not follow you, so the right people lean in?

Flawed guide: Did you own imperfection or “I’m still on the journey” truth?

Mini credibility (if used): One line, humble and about service/results.

Plan/Belief linkage: Is there a bridge tying your story to the One Belief and Plan?

If B2B, stat/proof present?

Spoken voice: Read it aloud—does it sound like a midnight confession, not a speech?

No filler: Every paragraph should transfer trust or spark recognition; cut the rest.

MINI HYBRID EXAMPLE
“I built a business I was secretly trying to escape from.
 From the outside, it looked fine—but every morning felt like dragging bricks through sand.
 I remember thinking, ‘If someone cancels, I’ll cry. If no one cancels, I’ll cry harder.’
